I think what is explained here is very important. I am a vegetarian my self,and I can say that ,being more aware of animal abuse, being a vegetarian has helped me come through alot of things and I generally feel better. I have more energy and eat healthier. And the most important of all; I dont have to have to feel bad about harming nature and animals.
So Yeah, I think that what Ana described in this blog, is a important for everyone,even for those who eat meat.
